Sixth Grade Band

Sixth Grade meets every other day. Students are assigned to Sixth Grade Band by instrument.

Woodwinds meet on White Day (flute, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon, oboe)
Brass and Percussion meet on Green Day (trumpet, horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, percussion)

PACING GUIDE

Trimester 1

Students use the book BAND FOLIO, available from the teacher. There will also be supplemental handouts throughout the year.

Students need to have a 1" Three-Ring Binder for Band. This will store your Band Folio Book, handouts, and Band Handbook. You will also need a pencil.
